Founded by Chef Alissa, Cardamami is the catering and prepared foods arm of her work — blending seasonal ingredients, global influences, and soulful cooking to create food that’s as personal as it is beautiful. The name is a play on “cardamom,” the aromatic spice found across Middle Eastern, South Asian, and Latin kitchens — and “mami,” a nod to motherhood, nurturing, and the warmth of home. Cardamami reflects both: food that’s full of heart, layered with flavor, and rooted in care.
